Broccolino is the name by which the Italians called the city of Brooklyn in New York, as many of them immigrated to the latter city. The family Trio of italian origin, opened this restaurant in February 1985 and since that, they personally attend the place. This is the reason why today it is one of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires. Overall the tables are always full of many tourists, families and people who work in the area. It has a variety of pastas all of excellent quality and the best price, because although the menues at first may seem expensive, the dishes are so abundant that can be shared between two or three people so the price ends up being very accessible. The place is very plain and undecorated because the main item here is the food and the service of their waiters (most speak two or three languages).
Among the house specialties are peperoncini fritti, the rigatoni puttanesca (hot as hell) and Big Boss ravioli, made famous by Capone. There is also spaghetti Profumo di Mare, madness Neptune (one seafood mixture) or ravioli with pesto and Caligula.
