Siga La Vaca is a chain of grills inaugurated in 1993 under the concept of free fork and auto service, in which each person served his own plate of roast, the times that he want for a fixed price that includes different accompanyings and drinks. With time, effort and hard work this innovative method applied to more traditional Argentinean meal, the restaurant became a one of the leading restaurant chains in the region that provides an excellent service, quality and price as key objectives, so much so that in 1996 inaugurated the branch of San Isidro for up to 350 people and in 1999 settled in Puerto Madero with a a new facility for 450 people, very well lit and with a beautiful view of the harbor.
In the menu you can order all kinds of roast beef, pork or chicken … Achuras, sweetbread, sausages, black pudding that can be served with salad and fries without limit. It also includes one drink per guest (wine, beer or soda, a bottle of each per person) plus a dessert. The most recommended is the beef sausage, grilled strip, the rack of pork, pork matambrito and brochettes, among others.
